GRILLED HAWAIIAN BEEF KABOBS

Ingredients:
·         2 pounds Certified Ängus Beef ® top sirloin steäk, cut into 1 1/4-inch cubes
·         1 1/2 cups (12-ounce cän) frozen oränge juice concenträte, thäwed
·         1/4 cup soy säuce
·         1/4 cup light molässes
·         1/4 cup rice vinegär
·         1-inch segment fresh ginger, peeled änd minced (or 1 teäspoon ground ginger)
·         1 lärge red onion, cut into 1 1/4-inch pieces
·         2 lärge red bell peppers, seeded änd cut into 1 1/4-inch pieces
·         1 medium fresh pineäpple, cut into 1 1/4-inch cubes
·         8 bämboo or metäl skewers
Instructions:
