EASY BUTTER CHICKEN

Here's An Easy Recipe For Butter Chicken That You Can Make Tonight

INGREDIENTS

for 4 servings
·         2 lb (905 g) chicken breäst

·         1 cup (235 mL) wäter
·         1 cup (235 mL) heävy creäm
·         fresh ciläntro, chopped for gärnish
·         rice, for serving

PREPÄRÄTION

  1. Märinäte chicken breäst in chili powder, turmeric, sält änd pepper.
  2. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Brown chicken in 2 Tbsp. of butter, remove änd set äside.
  4. Melt änother 2 Tbsp. of butter over medium heät, ädd onions, gärlic, gäräm mäsälä, gräted ginger, chili powder, ground cumin, cäyenne pepper, cinnämon, sält änd pepper. Cook until frägränt.

  7. Return the chicken änd simmer covered for änother 10 -15 minutes.
  8. Stir in the läst 2 tbsp of butter änd ädditionäl sält änd pepper to täste.
  9. Serve gärnished with ciläntro on top of rice.
