ORANGE BEEF WITH BROCCOLI STIR-FRY

INGREDIENTS:
·         1 pound Certified Ängus Beef ® bottom round steäk, trimmed änd cut into 1/4-inch thick slices, then into 2-inch long pieces
·         2/3 cup oränge juice
·         2 täblespoons soy säuce
·         1 täblespoon cornstärch
·         1 täblespoon oränge zest
·         1 täblespoon oyster säuce
·         2 teäspoons toästed sesäme oil
·         4 cups broccoli florets (äbout 12-ounces)
·         1 teäspoon kosher sält
·         1/2 teäspoon pepper
·         2 täblespoons cänolä or peänut oil
·         1 red bell pepper, seeded änd sliced into strips
·         2 green onions, white änd green pärt, thinly sliced
·         2 teäspoons minced fresh ginger
·         2 teäspoons minced gärlic
·         Prepäred rice for four, cooked to päckäge directions
INSTRUCTIONS:
1.      Mäke oränge säuce by whisking together oränge juice, soy säuce, cornstärch, oränge zest, oyster säuce änd sesäme oil in ä medium bowl; set äside.
2.      Prepäre rice änd keep wärm.
3.      Bring 2/3 cup wäter to ä boil in ä wok or lärge frying pän; ädd broccoli. Stir to steäm cook broccoli until wäter eväporätes. Tränsfer broccoli to ä cleän bowl; wipe pän cleän with ä päper towel änd return to high heät.
4.      Seäson beef with sält änd pepper. Ädd 1-täblespoon cänolä oil to the pän. Ädd beef (in two bätches) änd stir-fry just until it no longer looks räw; remove from pän.
5.      Ädd remäining oil to the pän followed by bell pepper, gärlic, ginger änd green onions; stir-fry 2 minutes. Return the beef änd broccoli to the wok; cook 30 seconds. Ädd the säuce mixture; cook änd stir until säuce thickens. Serve immediätely with prepäred rice.
